# Which connection options are available?

We deliver our services directly on an individual basis or at a special tariff **through the landlord** starting from **8 subscriptions** at one installation address.

There are **2** connection options depending on what installation the **landlord** has chosen:

- **Wired connection**: stable and super fast
  *To connect your device to the wall outlet, you need to bring your own UTP network cable.*
- **Wireless connection** (Wi-Fi): flexible access to the Net

***Please note!** The use of USB Wi-Fi adapters/dongles is not supported as this type of adapter often doesn’t offer good Wi-Fi reception.*
